Cherries & Desert Evenings

A slow-living board inspired by travel, warm nights, and simple food.

There’s something about the desert at golden hour that makes people linger longer around the table.

Warm baguette torn by hand. Creamy goat cheese and aged Gouda softening in the heat. Sweet cherries paired with roasted pistachios, a drizzle of honey, and cracked black pepper catching the evening light.

This board was inspired by travels through small European markets and long California desert evenings — the kind where food is simple, conversations wander, and nobody is in a hurry to leave.

Because the best meals are rarely complicated. They’re seasonal, a little rustic, and meant to be shared.
